Dr. Cybirdy's very personal journey

The book „84-19 Rhapsodies & Co“ written by Dr. Cybirdy is a very unique and absolutely captivating journey through the turbulent experience of the pandemic. More than just a usual collection of poems, it is a work of art, that invites us, the reader, to join the creator on a profound introspection. Through a blend of music, literature, and information bits, Dr. Cybirdy invites us, to navigate a complex maze of emotions, news and events that unfolded between 2020 and 2023.

At the heart of the book is a web of citations from George Orwell's masterpiece 1984, very relatable (YouTube) music, and a myriad of internet-derived information spanning science, medicine, politics, AI, and cyberpunk culture. Each of Dr. Cybirdys’ poem is intricately woven into this rich spectrum of our culture (as a planet), serving as emotional signposts that guides the reader through the labyrinth of a global consciousness. The global consciousness during the times of confinement, fear, and uncertainty. Each of Orwells citations is selected precisely, pinpointing the reader into a direction and serving as a read thread.

It is however, essential to approach this book as „a work of art“ rather than a „scientific treatise“. Dr. Cybirdy does not provide concrete evidence for her personal claims embedded within the text. Instead, she offers a reflection of the collective subconsciousness experienced globally during the pandemic and invites the reader to go into their own journey to find information. Through her words, we wrestle with the existential questions of truth, reality, and the nature of our increasingly complex world.

As we dive deeper into the book, the language becomes more intense and emotive, mirroring the escalating tensions of the narrative. This artistic progression not only plunges the reader in Dr. Cybirdy's very personal journey but also serves as a subtle commentary on the psychological warfare waged in the current realm of information and discourse.

The book's enigmatic quality leaves room for interpretation, prompting discussions on the intricacies of modern warfare, whether fought with weapons or words aka information and fake news. Dr. Cybirdy's deliberate ambiguity challenges us to confront the systems and structures that shape our society, raising questions about the limits of freedom in an age dominated by information manipulation.

In essence, the book 84-19 Rhapsodies & Co is a thought-provoking exploration of the human condition amidst the chaos of the modern world. By blurring the lines between art, literature, and reality, Dr. Cybirdy invites us to embark on a journey of self-discovery and critical inquiry, echoing the timeless themes of George Orwell's prophetic masterpiece, 1984. As we navigate the labyrinth of Dr. Cybirdy's creation, we are compelled to confront our own fears, doubts, and ultimately, our collective humanity.

Imperative Reading

We the patient are advised the dosage of this wonderfully powerful book of Rhapsodies is page by page. A document of recent history, written during the covid era, Docteur Cybirdy weaves through a labyrinth of shocking truths, exposing lies, unravelling the complex world of transhumanism, genomic science and bioethics. An epic work of truth to power the 44 poems, together with an episodic essay and Orwellian quotes, opens with an authentic depiction of covid victims. Heartbreakingly expressive, Orwell’s modern-day Winston and Julia set the tone for screams and utterances, a rise and fall of hard-hitting indictments on a global system of control with money at its root. A voice laced in passion and venom thrashes with turmoil as the book moves piece by piece, poem by poem, quote by quote at pace towards a vision of a world with two realities.
This subverted reflection of the events of 2019 and beyond is told with courage and integrity, it attempts to reposition our thinking, to provoke a bulwark, as it deconstructs the powerbrokers and agencies who handle our big data, information and our health care systems – the WHO? in Cybirdy’s work. The menacing dangers of binary thinking address the HOW? At times pessimistic in retrospect, poems illuminate sinister attempts by authorities to ‘nudge’ society into compliance and submission, a war of the sixth dimension reminiscent of Noam Chomsky’s Manufacture of Consent.
A self-proclaimed cyberpunk, Cybirdy’s diagnosis for humanity is potentially bleak, prepare yourself bad news until, with some relief, the final chapter tells us WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. A manifesto unfolds, the antidote to toxic global biopolitics. The upbeat tempo of ‘Nobody’s Average’ offers a way out, connecting with the personal, our memories and our hopes that cannot be manipulated nor eliminated. The finale reminds us of the uniqueness of the human condition, of love, epitomised in the last words of the book, Eternal Truth Beauty and Wonder Renewal On our treasured Blue indigo Planet To the end of time.
An inspiringly courageous ensemble, this read is both challenging and complex, persuasive and far-reaching. You don’t have to agree with all of this book, or in fact any of it, but in a world of freedom of speech, its place is undeniable. Please follow the instructions for dosage and handle with care.

Enjoyable & thought provoking collection of rhapsodies.

Thoroughly enjoyable read, a book I love to pick up and pick a page with a rhapsody to read through from time to time. Doesn't disappoint.
I really like the accompanying song choices to each rhapsody.
